Quick Operation Guide

Lay the chamber flat, connect oxygen & pressure generators
Check sealing strip, close both inner & outer zippers
Enter, start pressurization (3-5 min), perform ear-clearing maneuvers
Rest for 60–90 minutes
Slowly open relief valve to depressurize (1-2 min)
Exit and run ozone disinfection (empty chamber for 5 min, then ventilate 1 hour)

Keep away from open flame, high heat, water
